Larry has spent years serving the community. Providing leadership to training programs, patrolling our county and surrounding areas, and retiring from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, Larry understands the importance of real-world experience. That’s why he’s running for Sheriff: to ensure that experience prevails on all levels of government.
Franklin County Strong
Franklin County needs a leader with Franklin County roots. As a Christian, Larry goes to church here in Franklin County. As a Dad, Larry raises his kids here in Franklin County. And, Larry coaches youth sports here in Franklin County. It’s time we make Franklin County leadership homegrown.
Franklin County for Everyone
Together we can make Franklin County a safe place for everyone. First, we’ll aggressively attack the drug epidemic in our county. We’ll increase aid in hotspot areas and provide a lifeline to those suffering from addiction. Plus, we’ll increase transparency at the office. Our deputies and county residents will benefit from a de-escalation training program, lowering the risk of unfortunate accidents. Last, we’ll encourage community partnerships. With this, we’ll guarantee that all community leaders, from educators to first responders, are on the same page regarding
safety.
